Sales Engineer

You both sell and ship AI solutions. Having built with AI, you know its limits.

The first job is listening well enough to hear the real problem. From there, you find the smallest useful place to start and draw a clear line toward what could follow. Then you make it real. The work moves between client calls and hands-on building, with enough swagger to ask for the deal when the fit is there.

Soft skills first. Hard skills can be trained.

01 — What you bring

  • The technology genuinely interests you; you want to know how it works.
  • Hands-on time with AI tools — your own, an internal system, or a client's — has shown you where they fail.
  • A sales instinct. You make the case for your work and push to close.
  • You've worked inside an engineering-led organization.

02 — What you'll do

  • Learn the client's business, constraints, and measure of success.
  • Propose a roadmap that delivers enough now while leaving room for later.
  • Build the solution with the tools we provide.
  • Stay through activation, then support the client for a short period after.
