Software Engineer

You talk to clients and ship the software they actually meant. With AI driving most of the work, you keep the codebase clean as you go.

The morning is a conversation — a client, a teammate, someone who needs the thing to work. The afternoon is the code that makes good on it. AI does most of the typing now, so your attention goes elsewhere: to what's actually being asked, and to the wall you're about to hit. When you see that wall, you name it out loud on Monday, before the whole team spends the week climbing it.

Soft skills first. Hard skills can be trained.

01 — What you bring

  • You can sit across from a client and talk straight, no translator needed.
  • Shipping software is familiar ground — you know how a project actually reaches done.
  • Real fundamentals: OOP, logic that holds up when someone leans on it.
  • AI is the main tool you build with, every day.

02 — What you'll do

  • Turn client and teammate conversations into working code.
  • Build the features clients ask for, end to end.
  • Say what's blocking you the day you see it, then clear it.
  • Leave the codebase cleaner than you found it.
